Tooling Engineer: Design and modify manufacturing tooling and equipment including fixtures, gages, carbide draw dies, roll tooling and hand tools. Conceptualize layout, structurally analyze, and integrate mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to produce efficient solutions. Evaluate metal forming process needs, develop design solutions and conduct production proofing. Maintain effective interface with production employees, production supervisors, product engineers, quality engineers, management, vendors and customers.
Machine Operator / Manufacturing Technician: Set-up and operate equipment related to the manufacturing of products; monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures and related controls to ensure adherence to production specifications and quality standards; perform testing to verify production conditions and quality standards; report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment; and maintain operating records and reports of test results. Inspect finished tubing products, using visual and dimensional inspection techniques. Product/Process Engineer: Lead, plan and coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products by determining materials, methods, processes, schedules, and procedures. Work closely with production, sales, and quality departments on new products (80% of time) and re-engineered products (20% of time). Sales Engineer: Generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts. Assess the potential application of company products/services and offer solutions that meet customer needs, make presentations showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products and services, serve as a technical resource to clients and communicate customer feedback into future product developments. Use technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales of medical products to OEMs in assigned territory. Work remotely from home office and travel within assigned territory to generate new medical OEM business and grow existing medical OEM accounts. Require regional travel to customer locations within territory. Midwest: IL, OH, MI, IN and TN--candidates must live and be based close to Memphis, Warsaw/Ft. Wayne, Chicago or Cincinnati. Northwest: Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, CO, UT and NV--candidates must live and be based in the San Francisco Bay area (San Francisco, San Jose, Silicon Valley, Marin County/North Bay, Oakland/East Bay). Must be willing and able to travel-frequent domestic travel and infrequent international travel; estimated at 70% of time (approximately one week every other month requiring overnight stays). |
