Technical Customer Service Representative: Provide a wide variety of technical and administrative support services for the Sales and Customer Service department. Serve as a point of contact, via phone and e-mail, to interface effectively with customers to facilitate inquiries, requests, and to manage accounts. Respond to customer requests for information, status reports and diverse issues and inquiries. Work directly with production control, facilitate and maintain contracts, and process extended agreements. Position has established working hours of 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Machine Operators, CNC Machine Operators-Lathes, CNC Machine Operators-Mills, and CNC Programmers: Utilize in-depth knowledge of precision machining operations and procedures to machine parts and components to ultra-close tolerances (such as ±.0001). Perform duties and responsibilities with a high degree of flexibility, attention to detail, and a focus on quality in a fast paced job shop environment. Utilize a high degree of accuracy and precision in performing work according to instructions and specifications. Receive assignments in the form of routing, oral instructions, marked layouts, blueprints, sketches, and or reference to defective part. Unless otherwise specified, work methods and procedures are determined by the employee, but the work is subject to inspection during process and upon completion for quality and conformity with requirements. Interface as necessary with production employees, supervisors, engineers, management, vendors, and customers to complete assignments. Optimize process robustness, cost, and product quality while performing job duties. Several positions available on 1st and 2nd shifts.
Quality Inspector: Utilize quality inspection and quality assurance tools and visual systems to inspect precision dental implant, prosthetic, and surgical components at ultra-close tolerances, using micrometers, comparators, calipers, and vision system equipment. Inspect parts in a production machining, ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 environment. Positions open on 2nd shift, four days a week, M-TH, 3:15 p.m. until 1:45 a.m.
