  CNC Machine Operator Lathe & CNC Machine Operator Mills and CNC Programmers: Utilize in-depth knowledge of precision machining operations and procedures to machine parts and components to ultra-close tolerances (such as ±.0001). Perform duties and responsibilities with a high degree of flexibility, attention to detail, and a focus on quality in a fast paced job shop environment. Utilize a high degree of accuracy and precision in performing work according to instructions and specifications. Receive assignments in the form of routing, oral instructions, marked layouts, blueprints, sketches, and or reference to defective part. Unless otherwise specified, work methods and procedures are determined by the employee, but the work is subject to inspection during process and upon completion for quality and conformity with requirements. Interface as necessary with production employees, supervisors, engineers, management, vendors, and customers to complete assignments. Optimize process robustness, cost, and product quality while performing job duties.

CNC Supervisor: Challenging 1st shift career opportunity position for a seasoned CNC Supervisor. Utilize CNC machining skills and people skills to provide hands-on supervision of our production CNC machine operators and technicians in the programming, set up and operation of CNC machines. Has direct responsibility for safely maintaining the equipment and facility to support production and development needs in a low volume high demand job shop. Support the goals/initiatives of the company within Productivity, Quality, Operational Cost, and Safety/Housekeeping.

Engineering Manager: Plan, direct, and coordinate project and manufacturing engineering, technical estimating, tool and fixture design, and process engineering. Direct and maintain regular interaction with large OEM customers to facilitate the flow of information and hardware to support the customer's design and development work. Utilize an understanding of the company's process capabilities to provide technical input and direction on DFM (Design For Manufacturability). Work closely with our other key managers in operations, quality, production control, and customer service.

Quality Assurance Manager: Manages Quality Engineering and QC personnel, in a business growth environment; using above average communication and interpersonal skills. Directs and maintains the quality management system (QMS) and associated activities including: internal audits, document control, quality system certification audits (i.e., ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100). Applies knowledge and experience with dimensional inspection using CMM, optical comparator, and standard measurement tools.

Shop Supervisor: Challenging 2nd shift career opportunity position for a seasoned Shop Supervisor for our 2nd shift CNC and EDM operations. Utilize machining and people skills to provide hands-on supervision of our production CNC & EDM machine operators and technicians in the programming, set up and operation of CNC & EDM machines. This individual will be interested and have the capability to step into a key 2nd Shift Shop Supervisor role and be directly responsible for 2nd Shift performance, and for safely and effectively managing people, equipment and the facility to support production and development needs in a low volume high demand job shop.

Senior Project Manufacturing Engineer: This key person is responsible for new product/process development by either (1) receiving, digesting, and effectively duplicating an OEM customer provided process or (2) or adapting the process in terms of DFM to Veridiam capabilities. Coordinate and direct process development, process improvement, and manufacturing activities. Interface as necessary with production employees, supervisors/coaches, engineers, management, vendors and customers to complete assignments. Seek optimum balance between process robustness, process cost and product quality.
