| Veridiam has been manufacturing Dental implants, abutments and drills since their U.S. market introduction. We specialize in producing a multitude of different implant and abutment designs including special threads, varied interlocking interface schemes, and tolerances as close as +/- 5 microns. Typical materials include both alloy titanium and CP titanium. Drill designs include integrated assemblies and single piece parts typically made of hardened 455 Stainless Steel or 17-4 Stainless Steel. Processes used include CNC machining, grinding, chemical etching, passivation, laser marking, and various PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings. |
