Stainless Steel Tubular Components Formulated for Medical
Devices and Instrumentation to be introduced at the
Medical Equipment Design and Technology Exhibition & Conference

Veridiam will profile stainless steel tubing and tubular components specifically developed and fabricated to meet the demanding requirements of medical instrument and device manufacturers at the 2006 Medical Equipment Design & Technology Exhibition & Conference (MEDTEC ®) March 7 through March 9, 2006 in Stuttgart, Germany. In addition to its engineering design and rapid prototype expertise, Veridiam will feature (Booth #1839) a variety of close-tolerance fabrication options and custom-engineered products that demonstrate the company's ability to solve the most challenging problems. Samples on display will exhibit production capabilities that include laser welding, screw machining, precision cutting, bending, notching, end forming, etc.; in tolerances of 0.030 inch (0.76 mm) to 12 inches (30.4 cm) I.D., and 0.002 inch (0.05 mm) to 0.125 inch (3.18 mm) wall thickness.

Veridiam will also feature sample components in a wide range of materials uniquely formulated for corrosion resistance, bio-compatibility, strength, toughness, fatigue strength, edge retention, wear and galling resistance. These include the BioDur® family of alloys, Custom 455®, Custom 465®, MP35N®, Titanium, L-605 and more.
